YOUR HOME APARTMENT: The Apartment is functionally designed over 2 levels (Maisonette). Your Apartment offers comfort, Austrian quality construction and homely style.

GROUND FLOOR An open plan design on the ground floor comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with the dining area and the sitting space furnished in solid wood. There is an open fire-place for cozy hours during the cooler season. A small bathroom with storage space completes the ground floor level.

UPPER FLOOR There are two bedrooms where you enjoy either sea or mountain view. It´s your choice 🙂 The bedroom to the east opens to a spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the Kinira Bay; The bedroom to the west opens also to a spacious balcony where you enjoy a marvelous mountain view. Colored glass-tiles transform the sunlight in rainbow colors flooding your spacious bathroom and the marble staircase. Balustrades with classically shaped columns complete the Mediterranean facade which is magnificently illuminated during the night.

TERRACE & GARDEN TO THE BEACH Your spacious terrace conveys a wonderful place to “chill and grill” and to enjoy pleasant warm summer nights with your loved ones. It leads to your private garden and further to the beach to leave room to mentally arrive, to relax and enjoy your vacation.
